Sorry....to me the shirt is a joke.

I disagree somewhat. I think most of us here know it's a joke, but how is it interpreted by young children who see it? It truly does reflect the very real double standard we have going in society; violence against men by women is tolerated. It isn't in the other direction.

I don't really view the shirt as a problem per se, but merely a symptom of the real problem. Clearly, this is America and a young girl can choose to wear that shirt if she wants, but there's clearly no accounting for taste.

Well...I agree on 'taste'. What I can't believe is these young girls wearing these shorts with words printed on the butt. I've seen them say "Juicy", "Ready". It was really shocking to me.

Actually, now that I think about it, the shirt with the girl dropping the boyfriend is equally as off putting as the girls wearing those shorts with the words stitched across the rear end. If I saw a woman my age wearing the shirt, there is automatically almost a ZERO chance I'd ever consider asking her out no matter how nice she turned out to be. Once I've seen her wearing something like that it's really hard to trust her when she tells me that she is, in fact, a nice girl.
