Anybody that thinks women are peaceable has never worked in a majority-female office (e.g., a typical school) or heard about a Junior League meeting.
Try working at a hospital. I swear they all get PMS at the same time.
Recently, I was in a restaurant and overheard a female's conversation on her cellphone. She was very belligerent in her tone describing how her office had some sort of a meeting broken up into two groups and one group would be declared the winner. She said, totally oblivious to other's in her company, "Of course we won. The other group had mostly men so they were thinking with their d@@@s like men always do..." and then "One guy in my group opened his mouth and I thought he was going to ruin the whole proposal. I wanted to twist his n@@s until he ran crying home to his mommy." There were other messages of such passion, typical liberal woman, but your post reminded me of that dining experience.
My office is about 50-50. The women are constantly at each other's throats. They worry about so much crap that they don't have time to get any work done.
