The Fort Bend County man was arrested for criminal attempt-sexual assault of a child and online solicitation of a minor. Ramirez chatted online with undercover Cyber Crimes Unit investigators and solicited the meeting with the 14-year-old who was in fact an investigator. Employed as a long-haul truck driver, Ramirez arrived at the prearranged meeting location in a tractor truck pulling a white trailer. Ramirez is married. He has two children.

As I surf the 'Net, I promise never to reveal to someone I meet online my real name, address, telephone number, or the school I attend or give out my photograph. I promise to be sure that I am dealing with someone that my parents know and trust before giving out any personal information about myself online.
