Is this the standard photocopy method that banks use and if so, why? Thanks
I don't think there is a single standard photocopy method although there could be several standards that I'm not aware of. Any banking technology experts here? It looks like they were trying most of all to capture the serial number and demonination on that image, in order to determine patterns in counterfeit species.
