When I went into the Army in 1958, they called three of us out to go for an interview. There were about one hundred in our platoon. It was for an interview to ask us to enter Officer Candidate School. You had to have a minimum of 112 as I recall. The fact that only three of the hundred were interviewed means that not many have that high of score.
I had a score of 138.
Wow, 136 gets you into Mensa!
He pulled the post...

The Navy made me take the test then offered me Annapolis. I was just trying to stay out of Nam.

usually i get between 130-145... maybe i killed some brain cells or something?
I took the IQ tests in school and the teacher told us that we would not be graded on it. I didn't think twice about it and just did the best I could but talking with friends years later they all said they just filled it all in without reading it since it would not be graded which makes me wonder if the average IQ is not much better than random answers.
