This is the eeriest discovery I've ever heard of, especially given current events. It actually sends chills up my spine.
Oh, BTW, if the name 'Nechtan is in the front of the book...we want it back. ;)
It felt like ice cubes going down my back when I read this, and shared the news with my mother just now.
This past Sunday the First Reading in the Catholic Mass was from Jeremiah, also stating that Israel would be saved.

Rabbis around the world are calling for the saying of this Psalm at 6:00 p.m. Israeli time every day, along with 130 and 142.
I posted the same thing. When I heard this story on Bill Bennett this morning, I literally had chills run up and down my entire body - my little hairs just stood on end. I'm feeling quite emotional about it still. I have no doubt this is a message from God. Just the fact that that book even survived is a miracle in itself, yet to be so eerily open to Psalm 83???? Anyone who thinks this is a coincidence is just a lost cause.
