You don't see stars on the moon in the daytime? The sky is just black? Did not know that.

Have you ever been to an outdoor stadium or amphitheatre on a clear night? The stars are still there, but they're hard to see when everything around is brightly illuminated. That's what happens on the moon in the daytime, where you find the clearest, darkest sky you've ever seen and the brightest sunlight you've ever seen at the same time.

Well, pretty much like being in any large city at night. Here in Houston I usually see about 5 stars. Generally some air traffic, but not like LA, that's for sure.
