I'm just amazed that the legal eagles have taken so long to get ramped up.

Failure to heed, in a timely manner, the plaintive wail of an ambulance siren is universally considered a serious violation of various Canons and Ethical Considerations, so the Beirut Bar Association's finest have stepped bravely into the breach, too:

Well by this then, it is time to officially make null and void those treaties and laws since the enemy is too cowardly these days to distinguish themselves with uniform or insignia. But of course, who can see them hiding behind the civilian skirts...

Thanks for this - seems we are not the only ones with too many lawyers. I did also see the word "billions" as in dollars.
