Remember the feeling well....was having a hard time paying RENT at the time :-)
Buddy I trust set just do it......it was tough with no job at the time, too :-) Winter layoff in construction....
Now start planning your "room"..... I just finished an addition to rear of house......its my "shack"....comes with indoor weber grill with exhaust hood to outside, beer on tap, a pellet stove, and a 42" Dell HD in the corner. Did entire thing for under 16K with careful design considerations....oh yeah...I forgot....2 computers and 3 19' Dell monitors (on sale this month for $219)....but you need draperies first :-)
