I tend to go along with that assesment. Though things seem to change on a dime in that house of horrors.
Surely the Iraqi government nor US forces want to have to wipe out Sadr City, and the dozens of strongholds south of the city going across into the southern provinces. However. I was of the impression, the Badr Brigade where in Basra and points south of that city.
