Very good editorial.

Global warming seems to be the #1 cause for the loss of common sense.

True, but one must first have common sense to be able to lose it.

His global warming gospel, An Inconvenient Truth, which seems to be an outright lie, More like a 'A Convenient Lie'. In southern California we are setting heat records the past few days, but we also set some other records a few months ago. Like the deepest and longest snow packs ever in the Sierras. Strange huh ? Hot summers and cold extended winters. Almost as if the 'extremes' are getting more extreme. Whatever happened to spring and fall anyway ?

Global warming is chock full of anti-American socialist BS.
The left has found a way to repackage socialism and try to sell it again.
Time for the doom song.........

Al Gore:
- Served a photo-op tour of duty in Nam immortalized by a photo of him staring down the barrell of his own gun.
- Flunked out of law school.
- Flunked out of divinity school.
- Finally got a degree in political science, one of the few academic degrees which make socialogy look challenging by comparison.
- Used his Daddy's money to win his Daddy's senate seat.
- Parlayed that into being the vice president for arguably the most immoral and corrupt president in our history.
- Threw a hissy fit when he narrowly lost an election to advance to the presidency with the entire mass media pulling for him.
- Makes Howard Dean look sane and coherent.
And WE THE SHEEPLE are supposed to take him seriously???

If anybody can fix Global Warming, Al Gore can!
Anyone smart enough to invent the Internet can surely solve a trivial problem like lousy weather...
C'mon! Give the guy some credit wouldya?

Al Gore has yet to respond to some of these "Inconveniet Truths" of his own:
If global warming is such a big problem, how come he did NOTHING when he was VP and in a position to address the problem?
If global warming is such a problem, how come ole earth-tone Al travels around in private jets that burn up as much or more fuel than a jet liner?
If global warming is such a problem, how come he travels around in SUVs and preaches to the rest of us not to??
Your floor, Al.

Awesome editorial, very well written.
Most Tennesseans think of Al Gore as a joke, certainly not a Tennessean.
