That's part of the illegal immigration problem. This Family Court judge doesn't have the authority to deport anybody. The most he could have done was to have the bailiff detain her until ICE arrived.

The net is why is this case even in court. She was an illegal immigrant! Case dismissed...... Next.... I am not against immigration but just illegal immigration and I am tired of my tax money being wasted to protect those that can't, in most cases, speak the ENGLISH language, don't belong here, etc. As for the judge being dropped it is just another appeasement action for the illegal populace and those who pontificate that they do belong. Nah, she isn't a citizen of the U.S.A., period.
