As one of the writers of the Ann Coulter "Rules" I can safely say it was not to fit in but to see more pictures on Ann Coulter posted.

Same for Anna Kournikova rules, and reading your post as well as this one that this is now officially both an Anna Kournikova and Ann Coulter thread and thusly the "rules" are now in effect.
