Turning your back on a child, especially a 3 yr old, is irresponsible! Be careful saying that. You'll get flogged and called an egotistical perfect parent for stating the truth.

I can't believe the number of young children that are let out to play alone! There are sex offenders in every direction and it is just not safe especially in a city.
