The medium price for a home in San Diego starts at over $600,000. Most start at closer to 1 million. on up.
Condos in my neighborhood start at $600,000 to 4 million a unit.
I live in a 1 bdrm apt. and rent on those start at around $1,000 a month 2bdrms start at $1,400+ a month
Well, we don't either...but, shoot, a half a mil sounds great..but, I wouldn't want to pay for that, and live there.
