Not that I know of. But they were both cozy with defense contractors. I'm using Murtha as another example of a congressman corrupted--through his defense lobbyist brother "Kit"--by the same industry. I believe Cunningham has already implicated others that are now being investigated. During ABSCAM in 1980 Murtha was described as an "unindicted co-conspirator" who cooperated with the feds.
