Rep. Randy 'Duke' Cunningham, R-Calif., speaks during a news conference held in 'Smugglers Gulch' along the U.S.- Mexico border in San Diego, seen in this Tuesday, March 29, 2005, file photo. A new study says Cunningham took advantage of secrecy and badgered congressional aides to help slip items into classified bills that would benefit him and his associates. Cunningham's case puts a stark spotlight on the oversight of classified _ or 'black' _ budgets. (AP Photo/Denis Poroy)

Cunningham didn't operate alone. There has to be other members of Congress on both sides of the aisle who were up to the same criminal activities. John Murtha comes to mind. Will Duke roll over on them?
