It is called Greenland beacuse the first Europeans found it green, not white. How much human pollution was there then, over a thousand years ago?

The natural cycles will continue regardless of our pitiful activities.

There's a good book called "The Little Ice Age" (2001) by a guy named Fagan available from Amazon, if you haven't already read it. The book also describes the Medieval Warm Period when grapes grew in England and English vintners competed with the French.

They found the coastal areas to be green, and thought the whole island was green, if my elementary school teacher was correct.

There wss very little human pollution a 1000 years ago.The modern Rat party is only about 80 years old.
