That part's true.

The variance is level of confidence in human causation and the percent of global warming caused by human activitiy.

And every day that conservatives spend claiming that global warming isn't happening is a day lost in the fight make sure we don't spend a trillion dollars reducing CO2 emissions without being sure that is what's causing the warming.

Ummm, I don't see conservatives denying global warming is happening, they disagree on the cause. Get a grip
