I know that Jumpin' Jim Jeffords is so batty he has to have a keeper, and his staff is doing everything for him. They sure criticized Strom Thurmond at age 100 for being in the Hospital a lot and having staff wheel him around in the Wheel Chair. The man was thirty years older than Jeffords and still had his wits about him.
