IF the UN "kept the peace" in Lebanon for 30 years, why and how did Hizbollah end up with 13,000 rockets/missiles and Chinese SILKWORM missiles?

It is sarcasm. Read the whole article and you will get it. That is why "keeping the peace" is in quotes.
