Business supports Arnold, Lawyers support Angelides.

Whom should conservatives support?

Ad Watch: Chamber (of Commerce) ad extols Schwarzenegger's record

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has released a second television ad on behalf of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger that is scheduled to run on cable and broadcast outlets statewide. This 30-second spot explicitly champions the performance of the governor since he gained office in the 2003 recall election. Below is the text of the ad and an analysis by Andy Furillo of The Bee Capitol Bureau.

• NARRATOR: Remember? California was $22 billion in the red, the car tax tripled, jobs and businesses were leaving, a state literally in the dark. Arnold Schwarzenegger delivered. Repealing the car tax hike, cutting the deficit, refusing to raise taxes, helping create 400,000 new jobs, and expanding trade. There's hard work ahead. But with his heart in the right place, Schwarzenegger is helping California compete.

The CAGOP just hates it when conservatives point out the obvious.

Compare him to a socialist or a fascist and he's still a liberal.

Point out that Republicans are a minority party in California and he's still a liberal.

Fabricate accomplishments and he's still a liberal.

Regardless the shade of lip gloss, your European porker is still a liberal pig.
