WASHINGTON - In a blitz to build up political favors, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is forking over big bucks to Democratic Party bigwigs in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina - the first three states in the 2008 White House race. Clinton, the Democratic presidential front-runner for 2008, gave $5,000 to Iowa gubernatorial nominee Chet Culver last month....

She's also ponied up $5,000 to the state party in Iowa, home of the first-in-the-nation presidential caucus. Clinton made a similar $5,000 investment with the state party of New Hampshire - land of the first presidential primary - and filled the re-election kitty for the Granite State's incumbent Democratic governor, John Lynch. Clinton doled out $98,000 last month to stumping Democrats, including payouts to state and federal pols..... in the key swing states of Ohio, Arkansas, Nevada, Virginia and Iowa.

HillPAC spent $180,000 in June, leaving $57,000 in the bank - chump change compared to the $22 million war chest Clinton has built for her re-election campaign, Friends of Hillary.

Course your book titles are always so salient and on the mark---but do you think Ann Coulter might go with the title "Hillary Primes The Presidential Pump?" LOL.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this. The idea of this "woman" as our president is so scary it's unthinkable.

Her heinous doesn't appear to be aging well. BTW - isn't she scheduled to appear in California court soon (her, her 'husband', and a bunch of the hollywood elite)? It's something about her lying about fundraising - Stan Lee is also involved - not that we can expect to hear about it anywhere but FR. Still, inquiring minds want to know.

Don't you know that the only election problems we have concern the Diebold machines? Just ask McKinney. Now they are flipping votes (even worse than flipping birds). s/

Does Hitlery get to keep the money not spent in the warchest personally no matter what? Wonder what people think that she is set for life with a lifestyle not many people will ever have and she didn't have to do anything really for it except be a front?

Where can I get a devil's costume? I will have to become an ACTIVE FREEPER if she comes here, I've never seen anything better than that line, Bill Clinton is married to my sister :-)
