Actually he played a few clips and I did surprisingly hear some limited applause for some of the things Bush was saying.

However I'm not sure just what Bush would have to offer other than the White House itself and maybe throw in his Texas mansion along with maybe some reparational incentives before Blacks might 'consider' voting for Republicans.

There's a live thread on the speech somewhere on Free Republic. Might be worth a look later Savage's opinion notwithstanding. LOL!
