It's interesting, but if the top is sealed, where are the intakes for the rotorflow?

The top isn't sealed. The rotors are covered with some sort of permeable shroud/venetian blind arrangement. The contrast in the graphic above is too low to make out the details.

The correct term for a vehicle such as this is "aerodyne", by the way.

I believe it's really a grid (think chain link fence), not really "sealed."
