So this is the way Schumer got into such a direct line to the big bucks paid by the Mob to have free-reign on delivery and pickup in NYC!

The mob has pretty much lost most of the carting business in NYC, they had their backs broken on it.

Delivery and pick-up or garbage hauling and carting, is pretty wide open.
