It was obviously a "first article test". Pretty standard item in large dollar value contracts.

Not sure how many times I posted that. It was of my opinion that Iran already has a functioning warhead courtesy of Pakistan. They now need the delivery system and the NK were showing them what they have.
Question is, how does that system get from NK to Iran?
