What is your problem? Let the investigations take place and if wrong doing or mishandling of funds is found then let the courts handle this situation BUT...if nothing is found then you owe a lot of people an apology.

What happened to the other 7.5 miles of the Ladd's cattle fence? It was supposed to be completed (including vehicle barriers, cameras, etc.) by the end of June.
