He said Texas Department of Public Safety troopers do it in case something happens to them - for instances like that of March 22 - so that their print is on the suspect's vehicle.Thanks for the info, some of the bad guys didn't get the email.

There have been an inordinately high number of hit and run incidences, several causing death, in this area lately. I think they were caused by illegal invaders with no auto insurance. And it seems nearly every arrest for violence, including those for child molestation, are perpetrated by illegal invaders.

Look at all the jobs they've helped create, in law enforcement, prisons, border patrol, homeland security, National Guard, Minutemen....Ooops, forgot the minutemen don't get paid. (/sarcasm)
