I don't see anything moral, ethical or conservative with what happened in Uganda.
I see Christian fundamentalists imposing their beliefs. It's the EXACT same thing fundamental Islamists would do.

LOL. About a third of Uganda is Catholic and another third is Protestant. The vast majority of Protestants there are charismatic. Ugandan Christians are far from "fundamentalist".
