Actually he's right. This administration has supplanted a successful condom distribution program in Uganda with an abstinence program. Well AIDS has sky rocketed since the change. We can't even control sexual activity in our own high schools but were going to curtail it in a 3rd world tribe.
Innocent people are dying because of this administrations fairy tale beliefs.

"Bush's Fault! The reasons the Ugandan's have AIDS is a due to a lack of federal spending!!!!"....To fall back upon talking points of Planned Parenthood really outs you as a lefty. You should be careful who you get your talking points from.

You're also wrong. I have heard pastors from Uganda talk about the REDUCTION in the incidence of AIDS in their country, and they attribute it not to any US-funded program, but to a revival of religion, specifically of Christianity. Who am I to believe?...Some anonymous poster on FreeRepublic, or someone from Uganda who has witnessed the situation first hand?
