Funding is provided btw. It just isn't as great as YOU might wish because it's been a FAILURE as of yet. capitalists tend to invest in success. Only failures need government subsidies because they cannot make it on their own.

It just isn't as great as YOU might wish because it's been a FAILURE as of yet. They isolated the embryonic stem cell not even 10 years ago. I'd hardly call the results to date a failure.
