Congresswoman Stephin Fetchit (D-4-GA). She really does look like a blackface singer, maybe it's the round face. *shrug*
Gosh, I hope she loses the runoff. My grandmother-in-law lives in the 4th District, and while I'd prefer she doesn't have a Rat representing her, at least the next-least-worst option would be a *sane* Rat.
