I think the polite thing for you to do is to stay the hell out of smoking permitted establishments or where owners permit smokers to gather.
I'm not talking about establishments I get a choice to patronize.
I'm talking about my office. So tell me again how I should stay the hell out of my building.
Finally, as you have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of my ass and its work ethic, please refrain from name-calling.

Nah...that's ok. That's exactly what you are if you complain about the policies of other business owners but fail to force change in the market the real American way; a way that leaves choice for everyone.
If you're upset about the smoke in your building, speak to your boss and ask them to set aside a room where smokers can go to smoke. If you're worried about smoke seeping out from the room, request that they stuff a towel under the door and close the door quickly.
