To raise the Mahdi, Babylon must have 'fire in its sky' and the Jews must be under attack. At that point the real Mahdi arrives. My guess is Iran will attack the U.S. with everything it has. Syria will attack Israel with everything it has. Just guessing at this point. Not seeing any classified Intel.
A wise person would probably look away from the mushroom cloud.
Depending on the range it might give him or her a couple more minutes of sanity.

Iranian psycho Hominidyob is in the middle of a nuclear showdown with the world over possession of technology---and NOW he picks a fight with Israel and threatens to destroy it. Is that stupid or what? I wouldn't be surprised if some Arab states want him gone, and have quietly said good riddance to bad rubbish.
What's stopping (or slowing down) Israel and America is not the fear of clucking disapproval from Euroweenies and neighboring Arab states, but the dual menace of China and Russia. They won't go along with an attack on Iran unless they're promised 100% of the spoils---each.
