Practically a zero chance that the LPG tanker will explode. Fire nearby won't do it.

It is the impact from an adrift tanker that they are worried about. They can't get close enough to put out the fire near the mooring lines.

Reporter on the scene just said: "I don't like what I am hearing on the scanner. I am getting out of here."

If that's possible, shouldn't they be evacuating everyone within 5 or 6 miles?
