Georgia does like Sonny, he has done a great job, some got pissed off when he cancelled school for two days after Katrina to conserve gas. Some don't like him because of the flag. he'll get at least 55% and probably more like 57-60%

very close they have been predicting, and we haven't seen nearly as many Reed ads as Cagles. I'll be very disappointed if Cagle wins.

I had to fill out that Certification as well...the poll workers were complaining that the system was confusing, I think they just don't like anything that is different in any way.

I was in and out in under ten minutes and I was #41 at about 735am...

I agree about Cagle, Black and Stephens.

I would rather see Mark Taylor go against Sonny for several reasons. One of which is I am sick and tired of seeing and hearing Cathy Cox. She gets on my nerves just like the screeching beyotch from New York (she who shall remain nameless).

I think the Cagle-Reed race is also the primary for the next Governor of Georgia, I think they are both good conservatives, but Reed is damaged by the hypocrisy charges on the gambling (and the fact that it was Abrahamoff doesn't help).

I do not ever want to see a Democrat anywhere near the Governor's office in Atlanta ever again, so I have to choose Cagle as our better long-term choice. Reed also draws donations nationally for his opponent, Cagle won't.

"Polls are closed? That means I can go buy a beer now! Yahoo!"

What? They still do that in Georgia? Gee, they haven't done that in Texas in 40 years.

Well this Republican went into his precinct and requested a Dim ballot and voted for her opponent.

I lived in her district while I was a student at Agnes Scott College. Today I was wishing I could do exactly what you did, way to go.

Have the Dems filed the first lawsuits claiming that having to be able to prove you are who you say you are disenfrances voters yet? Or will that be Cynthia's move in the event she loses and the bogus Diebold claim gets shot down?

LOL!! Are we some political junkies or what?

Yep, we're hooked.

I'm tuned in hoping for Cagle, Stephens, Kemp victories. I just have a gut feeling Cox would be the tougher opponent for Sonny but he would still win.

I've got to find the McKinney precint so I can keep her race checked out. I saw where she was alread screaming foul and I think it started before the polls opened. LOL

O.K., I'm over here in Texas. Is that Ralph Reed you're talking about? What is he running for and

Will his ties to Abramhoff hurt him?

Please let me know. I always liked Ralph Reed.

"Don't get your hopes up for a McKinney loss tonight."

McKinney needs to get 50%+1 to avoid a run-off, and if it goes to a run-off who knows what will happen. The district as redrawn last year includes more of Gwinnett and a good part of Rockland, so we'll see if McKinney's South DeKalb crazies will be anough to win once again.

I'll be very disappointed if Cagle wins.

Get ready then, you are in for a disappointment. How the great state of Dade goes, so goes Georgia.

:)

What in the heck is Cynthia Mckinney yammering about? With Touch voting machines, it's impossible to register a wrong vote, unless you are a total idiot. I mean you "touch" your choices, and before you can actually cast your vote, you must review choices, change them if you like, before you can submit your ballot.
