Very. The Gwinnett and Rockdale portion is a small piece of those counties and Dekalb (all in District 4)is so big. Depends if North Dekalb is in or not. I think the little lunny might pull it off:<

McKinney won the last 24 precints in DK 4535-3631-586

If the same exact thing happened again (there are only 21 preceints left in DK) then she would have 47.9% and she would lose a little in Rockdale and Gwinnett

Unless the most rabod moonbats are left to be counted, it looks like a runoff.
