Cats are predatory animals. All they have to do is claim the cats are killing the birds they keep on their property. Or they can claim the anti-freeze is to keep away skunks, racoons, or rats. Maybe the DA disagrees, if so, then it is a case for a jury to decide.

Lame assed excuses for the creatins is NOT going to get them off. They don't keep birds and they bragged about poisoning the animals to other neighbors. These people
are sick ... and so is ANYONE who would condone what they did. The law does NOT recognize domestic cats as 'predatory animals WHO KILL LIVESTOCK" Skunks and raccons are protected species and poisoning them is also ILLEGAL.
