I propose that on Jan 1st every year ending in zero, ALL VOTERS be sent a notice that they will be purged and will require re-register to vote. Come Feb 1st, wipe it all out and start over.

I would also like to see voter ID with the registration.

I would prefer that voter re-registry, with Voter Photo ID, be required in every year ending in an odd or even number, myself.....
