The IDF has found that Hizbullah is preventing civilians from leaving villages in southern Lebanon. Roadblocks have been set up outside some of the villages to prevent residents from leaving, while in other villages Hizbullah is preventing UN representatives from entering, who are trying to help residents leave. In two villages, exchanges of fire between residents and Hizbullah have broken out.

"...Lebanese Shiite leaders, not just Hezbollah, are saying the fleeing is like surrendering to Israel."
translation: if all our civilian "human shields" run away we'll have no women and children and elderly men left to hide behind - how will we smear Israel successfully if we have to face them combatants-vs-combatants without forcing ample civilian casualties in the name of jihad??

I think I'm the one who created it but a few people have said that cave men might be offended.

I wonder if the dead Canadians were kept from leaving?
Good point!

You know, We are definitely going to have to change the way we conduct warfare - or at least the way we deal with this enemy.
These rodents are worse than dishonorable men. They have no idea how to fight unless they have the elderly, women, and children to hide behind.
"Army of God"? Nope, the "medial" has gotten Allah and and the Creator of all that is, confused.
The army of Allah are cowards who hide behind the weak.

I'm surprised Cindy Sheehan and Code Pinkette's aren't on a ship enroute to Lebanon for "human shield duty" as we speak.

Think of the result
if we evacuate our
people to Cyprus
and the bad guys then
explode a dirty bomb there.
Then the meltdown starts . . .
To: West Coast Conservative
I'm listening to Israeli National Radio on the net and I'm not sure if the news is old or not.
"IDF is giving southern Lebanon citizens 2 hours to evacuate before the IDF invades into Lebanon."
Can anyone confirm that this has happened or about to happen?

Somehow I'm not seeing Andrea Mitchell say that.

I suspect that Syrian assasinations of those who didn't toe the line had something to do with that.

I like the bravado that the mad Mahmoud in Iran is spewing. I think it may just lead to his quick demise.
