If B.O. himself saw this thread, I think he might realize he over-does the "with all due respect" phrase!
Not only does he over do it, it usually comes out: "With all due (due = none) respect, pundit X, you're an idiot. You shouldn't be alive, I don't like you, and I think your momma made a huge mistake raising you. Why don't you go back to playing bongos in the coffee house in Cambridge?"
