Hovind said he wished to enter a plea of "subornation of false muster."

I predict that this will end badly for Mr. and Mrs. Hovind.

death and taxes....death and taxes...
and looking back at the remains of death, proves the fact of evolution.

Hovind said he wished to enter a plea of "subornation of false muster."I guess he's trying out for an insanity plea.

I had never heard that Hovind was an anti-semite as well.
I think he posted on his website that he made over $20 million a year. Seems like paying his taxes would've been easy. But then it would've been more difficut for him to sell the "pay no taxes" books.

To paraphrase Winston Churchill
If the Southern Poverty Law Center attacked Bin Laden I'd at least make a favorable reference to him online.
(Someone asked Churchill how much he hated Hitler and the great one replied "If Hitler invaded hell I would at least make a favourable reference to the devil in the house of commons). The SPLC is as big a threat to the U.S.A. as Al Quada and the NYT combined.

I guess he skipped over that "render unto Caesar" part...
(And if the money belongs to God, why is Hovind withdrawing it?)

The Southern Poverty Law Center. One of the most far left, liberal activist organizations in the country. Just like the ACLU, People for the American Way and Barry Lind's leftist group. These groups despise American traditional law and culture that Americans have loved since Plymouth Rock.
As if their (SPLC) opinion meant anything at all. Imagine the SPLC being used as a credible reference on Free Republic.

Hovind does allow for loose interpretation of the Bible on at least one issue, though. His Web site, www.drdino.com, suggests that "the mark of the beast" from Revelations 13:16 is actually the UPC bar code.
"Four people have called me from Arkansas and Missouri," writes Hovind, "to report seeing customers at the grocery store pay for purchases by scanning their hand."
BWAHAHAHAHAHA.

I am now curious as to whether Hovind is lying or merely extremely gullible.

...American traditional law and culture that Americans have loved since Plymouth Rock....Don't you mean Jamestown? The Legislature of Virginia is the oldest such body in the New World.

The SPLC is as big a threat to the U.S.A. as Al Quada and the NYT combined.Because? I don't know much about them. They seem to focus much of their resources on monitoring the activities of neo-Nazi and white supremacy groups. What's your beef with them?
