I can understand your frustration and you list your reasons clearly. But you go over the line when you say the above. That's just not for you to say. You might not like what he says, that's fine. But you cannot assess his life unless you know him personally.
I have a right to my opinion, and in my opinion he does not have the right mindset to handle working out of the country; it's not for everyone. That is only my opinion, it's not like he needs to listen or let it effect him in any way- he is free to do as he pleases.
