Decommished already? My lord this is still the latest class of rescue salvage boats we have.
For crying out loud, I spent 4 years on the USS Hoist ARS-40 from 86-90 and it had beed in commission since 1943.
Whenever any of us had need to go visit either the grasp or the grapple we were amazed with everything they had and we didn't.
