Missing in action.
First a bit of background. The so-called Netroots Left, led by Markos Moulitsas of the popular Daily Kos, wants to be a player in American politics. As a test case, the Kossacks are throwing their weight behind political newcomer Ned Lamont in Lamonts attempt to unseat Joe Lieberman in Connecticuts Aug. 8 primary. Best guess is that Lamont will pick off Lieberman. If so, the Kossacks can notch one on their belts.
A larger test for the Kossacks and the Netroots Left--which also includes Arianna Huffington and her collection of Hollywood elites and Gary Hart retreads over at the Huffington Post-- will be the 2008 presidential election. The Kossacks and the HuffPos have turned against Hillary Clinton. The Kossacks, a divided bunch, are talking up Wes Clark, Mark Warner, Russ Feingold
i.e., anyone from right to left except Hillary Clinton. The Hollywood HuffPos and the Gulfstream Greens are trying to draft Al Gore.

The Netroots Left is aiming most of its criticism at Israel, and fretting that it's all a plot to get us into war with Iran.
Sitting at home and quietly rooting for the terrorists. Just like they did on 9/11.
Thanks. They are retarded.
Somehow in my surfing last night I ended up at the DU. I'd never been to the site before but have seen it mentioned numerous times here on FR. So I did some snooping around to answer the same question this post poses.
Absolutely pathetic is about all that needs to be said. I felt the need to disinfect my computer and flush out my phone lines just to make sure if that were possible.
My bet is that they say the same thing about FR though. What a bunch of losers.
It is amazing isn't it? I wouldn't have thought it possible to be so ignorant, shallow, foul-mouthed, smug, self-rightous, pompous, arrogant, and drooling-stupid all at the same time, but they manage to do it.
This whole Israel/Lebanon thing is screwing up the Netroots' Valerie Plame obsession.
