Here is a link to the top 10 vehicles in terms of domestic content sold in the U.S. What is striking to me is that, if you leave the Chevys out of the mix, then practically the only cars on the list are "Japanese."

I meant to say that "the only vehicles an entry-level purchaser would buy," in the sense that your typical city dweller has little need for a Ford F or E Series.

You do realize that the list you provide a link to is a list combining sales and domestic content, right? It isn't purely domestic content.

And the only "Japanese" vehicles on the list are the Camry and Sienna. The other 8 are all Fords and Chevys.
