It wasn't meant to be overheard. Private luncheon conversations among world leaders, picked up by a microphone, provided a rare window into both banter and substance - including President Bush cursing Hezbollah's attacks against Israel.
Bush expressed his frustration with the United Nations and his disgust with the militant Islamic group and its backers in Syria as he talked to British Prime Minister Tony Blair during the closing lunch at the Group of Eight summit.
"See the irony is that what they need to do is get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this (expletive) and it's over," Bush told Blair as he chewed on a buttered roll.

I remember the good old days when rocks were being pelted at Israel. Rocks to rockets. Hezbollah sure has come a long way in their technology..It's a miracle..a real damned miracle..feh
Good. He's right!
If Hillary or Bill did it, it would probably only be plastered all over the liberal news if the Clintonistas took a poll and determined that it would boost their approval rating.

You know, he may be on to something. Except, I almost always put the words "piece of" in front of it.
This post is for tmp02s benefit: Were you born stupid or did you have to train for it? I have never seen any passage in the bible that forbids the use of the word Sh**. Please indicate it for me/us.
Well if you act like the world, then things will come from your mouth that are not godly. Would you say that s--- is godly?
I wonder how many times Tony Blaire used the word "bloody." Why is this not reported?
Your said : "How about if he says "Holy $#!+"?"
Why are you crossing the word s--- out if it is not bad? Even society (which I DO NOT follow) would say that these words are not appropriate.
Which is more foolish, to think that, or to post that on FR? Normally, someone posting obvious flame-bait is considered a troll!
I don't like to see Christians curse. I believe it hurts the body. But I don't see an out and out prohibition against it and I think that there's a larger heart problem on the part of the judgers and nay sayers against fellow believers. I can read my Bible every day and still sin, I'm sorry to say. But it doesn't mean Jesus is not in my heart.
agreed. Do you think the Holy Spirit is telling you to say the words that you say. If profain, it is NOT from God. We want to be complete in Christ, not complete in the world. While we sin, we should be sinning less each day, not more. The Bible say that we are to speak "truth in love" not profain unto death.
Because FreeRepublic is polite society (or most of us anyway). A vulgarity is not used in polite society. There are rules about the appropriate use of language which you apparently don't get.
Seems some are confusing victorian prudishness with biblical admonition. The bible tells us not to blaspheme, not to take God's name in vain, nowhere does it say that a human bodily function should not be said aloud.
And why on EARTH would you mention God and not capitalize the word?
Is this wrong???
Bush should curse Hezbollah. I bet FDR cursed Hitler and Tojo and there is NO difference between Islam and fascism.
AP is a left-wing propganda organ. Katie Couric must be their ghost writer.
I think the UNs inaction on so many world affairs would make Jesus curse like a sailor in frustration! LOL
