I cant imagine a world without bread.
I feel bad for folks that have allegies to the most common things in life

Us southerners get along pretty good on a diet of corn bread and corn whiskey -- neither of which contains gluten!
Come on down and give 'em a try, especially if you can add some collards and fried catfish on side!

My son has frequently stated that, if given a choice between a cure for diabetes or a cure for Celiac disease, he'd choose the Celiac disease. From his view, diabetes just means a small adjustment with every meal and Celiac disease means loosing out on many of the best things in life.
Sadly, I have *yet* found a good gluten-free pie crust recipe. He hasn't had a slice of pie in almost 4 years.
