No, they are merely suffering from an extremely bad onslaught of Socialism and it's associated ailments. It's my belief that most Brits are quite sane and just as upset over events such as this as you and I are. Please don't lose hope and faith in our British Friends.....remember, any culture that has within itself the ability to produce so many wonderful and almost magical inventions and groundbreaking principles that have so radically improved the quality of life for all on this earth have the ability within themselves to turn their country around.....they just need to organize their Conservatives, which I know is far easier said than done. This is not some loser third-world nation that can't even figure out how to pull up it's trousers in the morning. This is Great Britain, which brought true Civilization to much of the world. When you begin to think that all is lost for Merrie Olde England, remember that is was they who brought us so very much. The next time you visit, set aside three complete days to tour the British Museum and think to yourself "Where would we (the West) be if none of this had happened?
If that doesn't rekindle your faith in Great Britain, you can always remind yourself that it was they who invented the miniskirt, and wouldn't the world be a far drearier place without that? :-)

Should another terrorist attack in Britain result in any injuries or death, those surviving should sue the government for contributing to that attack by their cowardly, spineless appeasement of their country's clear and obvious enemies.
That would certainly be nice, but unfortunately there exists a mountain of legal precedent which would prevent that from happening.
